MLK Plaza Homes Oakland, California Architect Kirk E. Peterson and Associates Oakland, California Project Description: Eleven home subdivision featuring two-story single family homes designed to provide affordable for-sale housing. The homes are designed in Mediterranean and Craftsman style architecture. Funded by a not for profit housing group and the City of Oakland, the project included typical public works requirements such as certified prevailing wages and local business participation. The project was completed early and makes a handsome contribution to the community
