ZCON Builders recently broke ground on construction of a 95,794 sf concrete tilt-up flexible industrial building on a five acre site at Raley and Santa Avenue in Sacramento. Construction features recessed storefronts, knockout panels for additional windows or access doors, drive through doors, and recessed loading docks. 24-foot clear-height, 480-volt power and high capacity sprinkler systems will service the needs of the industrial tenants. Coming in September 2004, the project will accommodate up to sixteen tenants and is designed to service this high demand sector of the market.
